Exploring Prayer
Everyone can pray and have conversations with God. But there are so many ways to communicate with God and so much we can learn about different types of prayer. Spiritual warfare, praise and thanksgiving, listening to God’s side of the conversation, making requests ….. It’s all prayer! Come the hour before the Prayer Service and learn more about what God has to say in the Bible about some of the ways He wants to relate with us through prayer. Then stay for the prayer service and “try out” what we learn.
Classes will be taught by various people within and outside NCC. Bring a brown bag supper or e-mail an order for a Jimmy John’s sandwich to Gill by the Tuesday afternoon before each class.
When: Before four of our Wednesday evening prayer services, 5:15 to 6:30 p.m.
